About Us

The Warwick Practice is a group of doctors who work with a Primary Healthcare Team to provide complete medical services. We are strongly committed to the National Health Service and pride ourselves in providing a personal and traditional type of family medicine. We are keen to improve the general health of the population and reduce preventable disease. In view of this, a strong emphasis is placed on health promotion and education.

Our main surgery is at Ilfracombe Medical Centre and we have a branch surgery at Woolacombe. Both have easy access and facilities for the disabled. There is limited car parking at both medical centres.

Find out more Please note we no longer take prescription requests through email. The old email account has now been closed. PPG Report

The PPG group has been running since November 2011. We have written a report which outlines the work that has already been done to assemble the PPG, the outcomes from the three meetings that have been held so far and the results of the initial practice survey. It also sets out the action plan that was agreed with the PPG following the presentation of the survey results.

Please come in to the surgery or contact us by telephone to request your SystmOnline username & password. This will give you full access to the site, including booking appointments online, ordering repeat prescriptions and the ability to change your contact details. Please note, you can now obtain a username and password for your children which you can use until their 16th birthday. After this date these log in details will automatically become void and they will need to come into the practice to get new details themselves. Please ensure you disable your pop-up blocking security software to be able to use SystmOnline.

Email Prescriptions:

Please note that our email address for prescriptions is no longer in use. If you would like to order your prescriptions from home, please contact us and we will register you for SystmOnline.
